Are the philosophies of the owners, Robert "Bobby" Banks and Thomas "Tom" Banks. They started AMERICAN RIGGING & REPAIR, Inc. in 1998. Bobby and Tom are hands-on owners applying the work ethics they learned from their father and grandfather just as they did with their business years ago.

Bobby heads the installations and repairs of recycling equipment, while Tom is the machinist and steel fabricator. They also combine their experience and knowledge in marine rigging. Along with their employees, Tom and Bobby are dedicated to safety and customer satisfaction, successfully completing each job on budget and on time.
